Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Flooring Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If you have surplus materials or are unhappy with your purchase, you can return unopened boxes of flooring within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Materials

  Ensure all flooring planks are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return labels and drop off the items at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large-scale orders.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
